You retain full ownership of all photos and content you upload. By submitting content to SPDMI.ART, you grant us a non-exclusive license to display, resize, and cache your photos on our website and CDN (cdn.spdmi.art) for the purpose of operating the directory.
You can request removal of your content at any time by contacting us.
5. Data Sharing
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties.

- Cloudflare — our hosting and CDN provider (data processed in their global network)
- Cloudflare R2 — storage for uploaded photos
- Cloudflare D1 — database for profiles and sessions

We use session cookies to keep you logged in to your dashboard. These are essential for the service to function and are not used for tracking or advertising.
We do not use third-party analytics, advertising pixels, or tracking cookies.
